By submitting a written, photo, or video testimonial, you grant Citizens Alliance Agency permission to use your testimonial for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.

- Limit one reward per client every 12 months
- Visa® gift cards are provided digitally or in person depending on availability
