We Have Some Exciting News to Share!

Montevideo is on the brink of an exciting transformation. A familiar building that once housed an insurance agency and loan with depository production capabilities is being reimagined into a vibrant community hub. While the doors aren’t open just yet, construction is underway to bring a full-service bank, a refreshed insurance agency, and Ziggi’s Coffee to life — all under one roof.

The Vision:

This project is rooted in a vision to better serve Montevideo. The goal? To create a welcoming space where essential services and a cozy coffee spot come together — making daily errands more enjoyable and fostering a stronger sense of community.

What’s Coming Soon:

1. The Insurance Agency: Our trusted team is getting a fresh new space, but our commitment to personalized service remains the same. Until the new location opens, we’re still here for you at our temporary office at 525 Legion Drive Suite 1 in Montevideo.

2. The Bank: A full-service bank will soon offer everything from personal banking to loans and investment advice — all with a focus on supporting local residents and businesses.

3. Ziggi’s Coffee: Ziggi’s Coffee will not only bring expertly crafted coffee to the heart of Montevideo, but also offer a full lineup of other handcrafted drinks – such as Dirty Soda – tasty food options, and a welcoming space for the community to connect.
